Birds Eye View London Festival

Birds Eye View, the women filmmakers’ organisation, has announced a fantastic programme for their London Festival from 6-14 March.

Comedy, Innovation, Fashion in Film and a collection of inspirational screenings which showcase filmmaking by women from around the globe, make up the Festival’s exciting line-up.

International Women’s Day will be celebrated on Saturday 8 March at the Whitechapel Gallery with an event which the organisers say will unite “an original line-up of the most adventurous and high profile girl groups, filmmakers, musicians, artists and performers”.

A number of workshops led by well-known industry figures will bring together established and new talent to spark new ideas, new approaches and greater participation by women.

Shake off the winter blues and embrace this event.
