Further Resources pay details

Further details of BBC Resources pay system proposals have been provided.

In the second meeting with Resources management on possible changes to the local pay system, topics following on the from previous meeting included:

• Working time calculations from Studios and OBs.
• Numbers of days at each level based on these calculations.
• Arrangements for additional days working.
• Proportions of staff predicted for each level.
• Initial response by BECTU Representatives to a number of points.
