Red Light Runners alert eased

Administrators for a film on the union's watchlist say it is unlikely to go into production.

The production, Red Light Runners, collapsed last year, leaving BECTU members thousands of pounds out of pocket, and union officials were worried that a re-shoot might be mounted.

However, the administrators now say that investors are unlikely to come forward, although they are keeping the project on ice in case any finance materialises.

Members who are still owed money following the abortive Pinewood shoot last year have been advised to contact the union's London Production Division on 020 8346 0900.
