PLI freelance reminder

Freelance BECTU members are reminded their public liability insurance will be renewed at the end of April.

The policy runs from 1 May to 30 April and members must ensure the renewal payment is made, and their union subscriptions are up to date, so that cover is continued.

All members with PLI should have received a letter informing them that BECTU will debit £20 from their bank account on or around 30 April 2007.

If a direct debit has not been set up payment can be made by credit or debit card on 020 7346 0900.

The policy provides cover up to £3m for any one claim subject to a £500 excess.
