Millennium bonuses for BECTU members

Many broadcasting and entertainment workers on duty over the Millennium will receive union-negotiated bonuses

In some industries negotiations began early in 1999 to settle claims for extra payments for staff working over the Millennium period.

Elsewhere, agreements have been finalised only in the last few weeks of the year.
