Read My Lips

BECTU is running a Read My Lips day at BAFTA on 22 October 2003.

The day is described as a place for newcomers to the industry and old hands to find out about new equipment and learning opportunities.

The morning and afternoon feature an equipment and training event hosted by and sponsored by Sony and Skillset - the industry's Sector Skills Council.

The evening is a Sony/Radio Times/Skillset sponsored celebration of the BECTU History Project.

Compared by Esther Rantzen, speakers in the evening include Minister for Media and Heritage Lord McIntosh, Sir Sydney Samuelson and Carlton's Clive Jones.
