Officials vacancies

BECTU has vacancies for two Officials based in London and Glasgow.

National Official (London)

Ref NOL (salary scale £31,000-£35,750, with a final salary pension scheme).

This post will involve organising and representing mainly freelance members of the union. This post is based at our head office in Clapham, but travel within the UK is required.

Organising Official (Glasgow)

Ref OOG (salary £24,000, with a final salary pension scheme).

This post will involve individual representation, organisation and recruitment of members across the scope of BECTU's activities, throughout Scotland and the North of England.

Candidates for both posts should have a proven commitment to trade unionism. IT skills are desirable.
