First BECTU Theatre Festival

BECTU is holding its first Theatre Festival at the Actors Centre on 25 May 2007.

Aimed at those wanting to get into the theatre industry or improve their existing career and skills, this event brings together leading practitioners to provide seminars, masterclasses and advice sessions.

Topics to be covered include:

• Selling yourself on the web
• Business skills for freelances
• Rigging technical masterclass

The festival will run 1200-1600 at the The Actors Centre, 1a Tower Street, London WC2.

Members and non-members are invited and the union will need help on the day.
