11 March 1999	Proposed rule changes and policy propositions published to Branches
26 April 1999	Closing date for receipt of amendments to proposed rule changes and policy propositions, and for nominations to the Standing Orders Committee, Appeals Committee and Trustees for 1999-2000, by 1200 at BECTU Head Office
30 April 1999	Branches to notify details of their delegates in order to ensure accommodation and travel arrangements
14 May 1999	Conference agenda published to notified delegates and Branches
12 June 1999	Conference opens in Bournemouth
14 June 1999	BBC, Independent Broadcasting and Arts & Entertainment Divisional Conferences at Bournemouth
