Rapid response at Soho Images

Managers at the West End Lab have made a pay offer after an industrial action ballot.

The company tabled the offer on Friday August 2, only hours after BECTU members 89% in favour of industrial action against a pay freeze.

Union representatives are consulting members on the surprise offer which was described as "better than inflation" - the union is recommending that it should be accepted.
