Labour meetings begin

BECTU is holding meetings of members in advance of a ballot on its Labour Party affiliation.

At many of them union officers will be joined by Labour politicians to explain why BECTU's leadership will be recommending that members should vote to continue with the affiliation when the ballot begins in early November 2003.

This follows an Annual Conference decision in May 2003.

All members are welcome to attend the meeting in their area. Look through the list to find your nearest event.
