Neurodiversity Skills course: One day rep training

The aim of the course is to develop your understanding of neurodiversity issues in the workplace plus consider best practice and standards to adopt at work.

This 1 day course will also give you the opportunity to understand and recognise the differences associated with neurodiversity, explore the myths and assumptions and consider how this may impact the working environment.

You will also have the opportunity to work with some case studies and consider potential impact in your own workforce.

This practical course is aimed at union representative who are seeking to enhance their understanding and skills in this area.

The one-day, non-residential course, will start at 10.00 and finish at 4.30 pm.
