Becoming a pension champion

This course is a follow-on for those that have an existing knowledge of pensions or have completed our 'Understanding pensions' course. It will cover:

• pensions law and how schemes are constituted
• how to calculate pension entitlements
• planning for retirement
• interpreting actuarial reports
• dealing with disputes and negotiating changes. 

These issues will be introduced through a combination of discussion, group work and guided role play.
