Resources revised pay offer

BBC Resources members are recommended to accept a revised pay offer in a ballot.

Following a number of meetings with Resources management a proposed pay offer, for the year from April 2003, has been negotiated which includes:

• 2.9% increase in pensionable salary and related payments.
• Improvements in operational trainees' conditions and salary.
• London weighting increase favouring lower paid.
• Minimum basic salary of £11,834.
• Redeployment arrangement extended to April 2005.
