New Cineworld ballot deadline
Cineworld's pay offer ballot has been extended again to 29 October due to the late arrival of some voting papers to members.

Union officials said they hoped this would allay fears of a true ballot result not being inclusive of all BECTU members.
The ballot is being held on a RPI (inflation rate) pay offer for 2007-2008, which negotiators are recommending members' accept.
The ballot has already been extended to 26 and 19 October due to Post Office industrial action.
The union is asking Cineworld members to return ballot papers as soon as possible.
