Working on commercials?

BECTU is trying to contact freelance members who work in the commercials sector.

The union is currently negotiating with the APA (Advertising Producers Association) on the future of the Commercials Agreement.

As part of this process, BECTU is updating its information on those freelances who work in the commercials sector.

Freelance members who do commercials work for APA companies - either directly or via sub-contractors - are asked to make themselves known to the union either by returning the form which they should have received in the post, or by emailing [email protected]

In this way they can be kept informed on the progress of the negotiations, and can be included in any ballot.
