Commercials rates issued

Freelance rates have been issued by BECTU following the collapse of the APA agreement.

This follows a ballot of freelance members working on cinema and TV commercials rejecting proposals from the APA (Advertising Producers Association) for a new agreement with reduced terms and conditions.

The new rates cover the grades previously detailed in the APA agreement.
