BECTU emergency numbers

In response to the current disruption to telephone communication with head office, three emergency numbers are now available.

Callers wishing to contact their National or Supervisory Official should use one of the numbers given below:

• London Production Division/Regional Production Division - 07918 742199
• BBC/Independent Broadcasting/Arts and Entertainment - 07918 674196
• Legal, Journal, Training or Press Office - 07918 906262

Callers are asked to be patient as the above numbers may be genuinely engaged; these lines are an emergency arrangement which will be available during office hours until the fault is fixed; no voicemail service is offered on these numbers.

Membership Department

Callers for the Membership Department should continue to call our main switchboard number, 020 7346 0900. Calls to this number will be diverted to three separate lines into the Membership Department during office hours.

Emails can be sent to [email protected] and will be forwarded to the appropriate department.
